An AI agent handling routine clinical intake, plus the CRM, scheduling, and handoff layer that makes it safe to pass a patient to a human.

The problem
Clinical staff spend a large share of their time on intake work that is structured, repetitive, and does not require a clinician. The moment it does require one, the handoff has to be immediate and complete, or the automation is worse than nothing.
Approach

Designed the agent around the handoff first: what the human receives, when they are pulled in, and what state the conversation is in when they arrive.

Built a workflow-heavy CRM and scheduling platform integrated with legacy EMRs, meeting practices inside systems they cannot replace.
- 03
Shipped configuration tooling so non-technical practice staff could shape AI behavior without engineering involvement.
Outcome
Automated roughly 80% of routine intake tasks and cut new-practice onboarding time by half.
