Enterprise AI Architecture Advisory

Advising the federal CIO on deployment, risk assessment, and scaling of enterprise AI across government platforms.

Role · Technical Advisor to the Chief Information Officer.

The problem

Large institutions do not struggle to find AI vendors. They struggle to tell the difference between them, and to deploy anything at all inside real constraints on security, procurement, and public accountability.

Approach

  1. 01

Evaluate LLM, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic architectures against the operational and compliance constraints they will actually run under.

  2. 02

Build deployment frameworks that senior non-technical leadership can use to decide, and present them at the executive level, including at the White House.

  3. 03

Run technical diligence on emerging AI platforms and vendors for security, compliance, and scalability.

Outcome

Ongoing advisory engagement. Public detail is intentionally limited.
