The problem
Large institutions do not struggle to find AI vendors. They struggle to tell the difference between them, and to deploy anything at all inside real constraints on security, procurement, and public accountability.
Approach

Evaluate LLM, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic architectures against the operational and compliance constraints they will actually run under.

Build deployment frameworks that senior non-technical leadership can use to decide, then present them at the executive level.

Run technical diligence on emerging AI platforms and vendors for security, compliance, and scalability.
Outcome
Presented at the White House on managing AI engineering teams, and on the harder half of that problem, which is not the engineering. It is the product function. Once a team's throughput jumps, planning cadence, scoping, and review become the constraint, and none of them adapt on their own. The engagement is ongoing and public detail is otherwise limited.
