The problem
A marketplace is two products that have to launch together, plus a third one made of payments, identity, and operations that neither side sees but both depend on.
Approach
- 01
Built the core API and administrative backbone on Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Redis, and scheduled task processing.
- 02
Integrated payments through Stripe Connect and QuickBooks, and identity through Apple, Google, and TikTok sign-in.
- 03
Shipped separate seeker and employer front-ends with split authentication flows against one shared platform.
Outcome
A complete marketplace ecosystem in production across three applications.
